Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At auto-moto.in, we are committed to providing top-quality automotive products and reliable car repair services. To maintain transparency and ensure customer satisfaction, please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Product Refunds (Auto Parts & Accessories)

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect on delivery.
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and the request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-refundable products include:

  • Items damaged due to improper use.
  • Electrical components once installed.
  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at motoassist@auto-moto.in with your order number and issue description.
  2. Attach clear photos or videos of the issue.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

For COD orders, we will request your bank account details for the refund.

Return Shipping

If the error is ours (e.g., wrong or damaged product), we cover return shipping.

In all other cases, return shipping is your responsibility.

2. Car Repair Service Refunds & Cancellations

Service Cancellations

Cancellations of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

Refunds for Services

Refunds for completed services will be issued only under these conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as promised.
  • There was a verifiable issue with service quality or installation.
  • You report the issue within 48 hours of service completion, with supporting evidence.

Non-refundable Services:

  • Diagnostics or inspection charges.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations.
  • Services partially completed due to customer unavailability.

Refund Timeline

Approved service refunds are processed within 7 business days.
